M&E Enterprises

Meladee has been a partner in M & E Enterprises for many years. Her father, Eric Spiess, was very well known in Galt and the surrounding area as a real estate broker and builder of high quality custom homes.

Eric was known for his extremely high integrity and for being a builder who did not cut corners. The homes he built are all over this area and have stood up to the test of time.

Meladee learned so much, working with her father and has taken those lessons and added many things she's learned since then in the construction of really fine custom homes. She is committed to creating homes with low energy usage and easy maintenance. Her homes feature (when available locally) high speed internet access and many of the most modern and up-to-date conveniences.
